Capella Hotel Group has announced the development of its first Dubai property, Capella Dubai, which will offer 115 keys including suites with private pools and a 600-square-metre suite. The project is being developed by H&H and designed by Denniston, and will be located at Dubai Peninsula, a 210-acre waterfront destination where the Dubai Water Canal meets the Arabian Sea.

The hotel will include five dining and social venues, a nearly 70-metre rooftop pool, a family pool and a children's club at beach level.
