Choice Hotels International announced the opening of its 600th extended-stay hotel, the Everhome Suites Denver Airport. The property is located in a market supported by demand drivers such as healthcare, logistics, construction and major employment centers.

The hotel offers studio and one-bedroom suites with full kitchens and flexible living areas, designed for longer stays. Nearby attractions include the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge, the Denver Zoo and the Green Valley Ranch Golf Club.

Matt McElhare, vice president and extended-stay segment lead at Choice Hotels, said the opening of the 600th property is "a celebration of how far we've come and a signal of where we're headed." Micah Linton, CEO of Rimrock Companies, which owns the hotel, said it is the second Everhome Suites property his company has opened, with more in the pipeline.

Choice Hotels' extended-stay portfolio includes four brands: Everhome Suites, MainStay Suites, Suburban Studios and WoodSpring Suites. The segment has posted 12 consecutive quarters of double-digit room growth, including 13 percent year-over-year growth in the second quarter of 2026. The company also has nearly 30,000 extended-stay rooms in its development pipeline.

This is the second Choice Hotels new-property announcement we have tracked in a short span, following the opening of six hotels under the Cambria and Ascend Collection brands.
