Intracom Holdings is advancing its investment plan in Koufonissia after obtaining a building permit for the renovation and expansion of an existing hotel into a five-star, 100-bed unit at Agios Georgios, Ano Koufonissi.

The permit, issued by the Building Department of the Municipality of Naxos and Small Cyclades, allows for new buildings and a basement. The existing 308.33 sqm of construction will be increased by 1,472.51 sqm, bringing total construction to 1,780.84 sqm on a plot of 8,177.31 sqm.
