Mirabilis Boutique Hotel, located at «Mylos Foskolou» in Kalabaka, Municipality of Meteora, is proceeding with an expansion of its capacity. According to a decision by the Thessaly Regional Tourism Authority, the existing three-star hotel with 22 beds is set to reach 49 beds.

The investment includes an extension of the existing building and the construction of a new communal swimming pool. A set of Standard Environmental Commitments applies to the project, covering both the construction phase and the hotel's operation.

The expansion followed a positive opinion from the Architecture Council of the Trikala Regional Unit, concerning the revision of the building permit for the additional construction and the new pool. The file also includes a Special Ecological Assessment opinion, along with the required siting and environmental permits.
