Onyx Touristiki A.E. presented to the Association of Institutional Investors an integrated regenerative retreat in Sani, Halkidiki, with a total budget of about €387 million. The plan combines a five-star hotel, branded residences, agricultural production, wellness facilities, a winery, an olive press, a beekeeping unit, a museum and energy infrastructure based on geothermal power and renewables.

The hotel component will have 546 keys, including 120 suites and 426 bungalows, on privately owned land of over 600 acres in the Kassandra hinterland, plus a 70-acre seaside plot for a beach club. The plan also includes 228 branded residences, comprising 120 villas and 108 smaller units.

Funding includes €130.439 million from the Recovery and Resilience Fund at a 1% interest rate, equity of €57.393 million, and an interim financing of €7.8 million activated in July. The residential component has a separate budget of about €100 million.

The company is advancing licensing through the ESCHASE process and is in talks with an international luxury hospitality group over branding and management of the hotel. CEO Leonidas Zisiadis stated: "We are not building another seaside resort. This is a privately owned, large-scale regenerative asset."

Main construction is expected to start in autumn 2027, with full development projected around five years after work begins.
