Placemakr announced its second Arizona location, Placemakr Tempe, Apartments by Hilton, as part of its partnership with Hilton under the Apartment Collection by Hilton brand. The property is located along Tempe Town Lake.

Booking through Apartment Collection by Hilton opens November 2, ahead of the property's opening on December 2, 2026. It will include 87 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom accommodations within Shorehaven, a new 722-unit Class-A community developed by Silverstein Properties. Guests will have access to a pool, game lawn, clubroom and fitness center.

Jason Fudin, CEO and co-founder of Placemakr, said demand for apartment-style stays is outpacing supply in the greater Phoenix area. Jamison Divoll, vice president of Development at Silverstein Properties, said Shorehaven was envisioned as a mixed-use community combining residential, retail, dining and hospitality.

Placemakr Tempe joins the Apartment Collection by Hilton network, which also includes properties in Atlanta, Salt Lake City, Pittsburgh, Huntsville and Austin.

The project is located in Tempe, Arizona, while construction recently began on the debut Atari hotel in nearby Phoenix.
