An investment plan provides for the construction of a new three-star hotel, with a capacity of 52 beds, at the Karagkiol site in Paralia Almyrou, Magnesia.

The investor is the company «Vesta Group Lyras O.E.», operating under the distinctive title «Vesta Group Skiathos». The project has been included in development law 4399/2016, with a subsidy incentive.

The investor's details were recently updated, as the name «Vesta Group Lyras O.E.» replaced the previous «Anax D. Karastathis K. Aifantis O.E.». The subject of the investment remains the same, namely the creation of a three-star hotel at the same site with the same capacity.

The original inclusion of the plan in the incentive scheme was approved in December 2022. The recent amendment concerns only the name of the investor, without specifying a completion timeline or opening date for the unit.
