The Building Authority of Andros has issued a full construction permit for the renovation and expansion of an existing hotel in Kato Agios Petros, within the Municipal Unit of Ydrousa. The property is a furnished-apartment hotel classified as 3-star.
The project includes renovation of the existing unit, a vertical addition, and increased capacity through the construction of four new buildings, along with a new perimeter fence. The property owner and investment holder is the company AMALTHEIA S.A.
