This policy describes the personal data processed when you visit Voyage, and the purposes of that processing.
Data Controller
The data controller is the publisher of Voyage, whose details appear at the foot of the website. For any matter concerning your personal data, you may contact welcome@trvl.gr.
Photographs and external servers
The photographs accompanying hotel features load directly from the server of their official listings (for example via cdn.webhotelier.net). In doing so, your browser sends your IP address to that external server so that the image can be downloaded. This involves no cookies and no transfer of any other data on our part.
Server logs
As you browse, the server automatically logs technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the exact time of the visit. This data is collected solely for security and error diagnosis and is not linked to the identity of natural persons.
Contact forms
The details you enter in the contact forms are not stored in any database of the platform. They are automatically turned into an email addressed to welcome@trvl.gr, which is the only copy of the communication.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in handling and responding to your requests. Your IP address is collected temporarily to prevent abuse, is held in the server’s memory and is deleted within one hour.
Data subject rights
Under applicable law, you retain the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You may exercise them by sending a request to welcome@trvl.gr, which will be answered within one month.
You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
This policy may be updated to cover future changes to the services or the legal framework; the date of the latest revision appears at the foot of the page.
