Capella to debut in Dubai with 115-key hotel by 2030
Capella Hotel Group has announced its first Dubai property, a 115-key hotel at Dubai Peninsula, set to open in 2030.
Capella Hotel Group has announced the development of its first Dubai property, Capella Dubai, which will offer 115 keys including suites with private pools and a 600-square-metre suite. The project is being developed by H&H and designed by Denniston, and will be located at Dubai Peninsula, a 210-acre waterfront destination where the Dubai Water Canal meets the Arabian Sea.
The hotel will include five dining and social venues, a nearly 70-metre rooftop pool, a family pool and a children's club at beach level. It will also offer a wellness programme featuring Auriga Spa, a fitness centre, a studio and outdoor fitness area, along with a ballroom, two meeting rooms and an outdoor event lawn.
Roland Fasel, President of Capella Hotel Group, said the Middle East "shares our appreciation for craftsmanship, culture and exceptional service, making it a natural home for Capella," adding that the 2030 opening would further establish the brand's presence in the region.
Shahab Lutfi, Chairman of H&H, said Capella Dubai "will introduce a more intimate, service-led hospitality experience to the city's resort landscape."
