Concord Hospitality to manage several new hotels under development
The company has been selected to manage several new hotels under development in New Jersey and North Carolina.
Concord Hospitality announced it has been selected to manage more than a dozen new hotels and restaurants across markets including North Carolina, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C.
Among the upcoming openings is The Union Hotel Flemington, a 100-room boutique hotel in Flemington, New Jersey, part of Marriott's Tribute Portfolio collection, featuring a restaurant and JP's Lounge bar.
The company will also manage The Vintedge in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, a soon-to-open hotel-inspired residences concept with a restaurant and wine bar.
In Raleigh, Concord will open and manage The Wren, a new rooftop destination on the sixth floor of the Oberlin Hotel, while in Charlotte it is preparing to open The Beckworth Hotel Charlotte, Curio Collection by Hilton, a 240-room boutique hotel inside the historic Johnston Building. Both properties are expected to open in early 2027.
