Construction begins on agritourism village in Sani, Halkidiki

ONYX Touristiki has started construction on an agritourism village with complex tourist accommodation in Sani, backed by a €7.8m bridge loan from CrediaBank.

ONYX Touristiki S.A. announced the start of works for the investment project titled "Agritourism Village with Complex Tourist Accommodation in Sani, Halkidiki," following completion of the first progress certification by the project's technical consultant.

At the same time, disbursements of a €7.8 million financing facility from CrediaBank began, through a Credit Agreement with a current account. This is an interim bridge loan covering expenses included in the approved Recovery Fund investment plan, necessary for obtaining the permit to classify the project under the Strategic Investments framework and for its siting procedures.

As part of a Common Bond Loan, a private agreement was also signed with RESOLUTE HELLAS for technical consultancy services, covering certification of work progress and equipment procurement.

According to the announcement, the first certification already included payments to suppliers of various specialties for the start of their scheduled work, marking the project's transition into the construction implementation phase.
