Corinthia to develop hotel and residences on Grace Bay

Corinthia Group will develop a 50-suite hotel and branded residences on the last undeveloped beachfront parcel of Grace Bay, Turks & Caicos.

Corinthia Group announced on 23 September 2026 a partnership with Carolina Partners Ltd to develop a hotel and collection of branded residences on Grace Bay in Turks & Caicos, on the last undeveloped beachfront parcel in the area.

The project will be led by Corinthia Real Estate Ventures (C-REV), the group's real estate investment and development arm, under Managing Partners Marcus Pisani and Alex Chazkel. The completed resort will be managed by Corinthia Hotels and will comprise a 50-suite Corinthia-branded hotel along with fully serviced residences including villas, casitas and condominiums.

Karen Cummings of Carolina Partners Ltd first acquired land in the area more than 25 years ago, adding further parcels over the following decades. She chose Corinthia for its culture, design standards and growing portfolio of luxury properties.

Corinthia Group CEO Simon Naudi called the project 'another important step in Corinthia's international growth.' Alex Chazkel said it is the first in a series of projects C-REV is bringing forward in North America, noting the firm's portfolio includes recent or announced projects in Malta, Italy, the Maldives and the Middle East.

Planned amenities include a spa, swimming pools, a beach club, restaurants, retail and padel courts. The project is proceeding toward formal planning approval, with construction expected to begin in 2027.
