Dertour to open luxury Ananea Pnoe hotel in Crete in 2027

Dertour Group is planning to open the five-star Ananea Pnoe hotel in Kartero, Heraklion, in summer 2027. It will be the second Ananea-branded property in Crete, following Ananea Rocrita, which opened in 2026.

The hotel will feature 108 swim-up rooms with direct pool access, some including private pools, and will cater to guests aged 12 and above. It will be marketed through Dertour Deluxe, the group's luxury travel division.

According to Dertour's head of product, Sven Schikarsky, the architecture will follow a minimalist style inspired by nature and the sea, with services positioned at an ultra all-inclusive level. Facilities will include a rooftop bar, three pool bars and spa services.

Ananea currently operates 12 hotels and aims to expand to 20-25 properties in coming years, with planned additions in Rhodes, Bulgaria, Zanzibar and Egypt.
