The Vouliagmeni hotel took 27th place in The World's 50 Best Hotels 2026, Greece's sole representative.

The Four Seasons Astir Palace in Vouliagmeni has taken 27th place in the new The World's 50 Best Hotels 2026 list, becoming Greece's only representative in the ranking.

This year's list was dominated by Europe, which placed 21 hotels among the 50. Asia followed with 18 entries, North America with 6, South America and Africa with 2 each, and Oceania with 1.

The World's Best Hotel award went for a second consecutive year to Rosewood Hong Kong, a 413-room property with 11 restaurants and bars spread across 65 floors. Faye Huggett, community director of the awards, said "Rosewood Hong Kong retaining the top spot underscores Asia's continuing influence at the highest level."

In Europe, Passalacqua on Lake Como was named top hotel for the second straight year, ranking 5th globally, followed by Four Seasons Firenze in 12th place. Italy and France tied for the most entries with six each, while the United Kingdom placed four hotels on the list. Remaining European entries came from Turkey, Switzerland, Monaco and Austria.
