IHG signed an agreement with Nooa Holdings for two Garner Hotels properties in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, set to open in 2026.
IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Nooa Holdings for the development of two hotels under the Garner Hotels brand in the United Arab Emirates. The properties, Garner Hotel Dubai Al Jaddaf and Garner Hotel Ras Al Khaimah Downtown, are both scheduled to open in 2026.
The move marks the introduction of the Garner Hotels brand to the Middle East. The brand sits in the midscale category, and both properties are planned as conversions of existing buildings. Combined, the two hotels are expected to add 285 rooms to IHG's portfolio in the country.
IHG currently operates 39 hotels in the UAE across eight different brands, including InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza, voco Hotels and Holiday Inn Express. The company has also announced a development pipeline of 110 hotels expected to open over the next three to five years.
