KABN opens secluded luxury suite in the Cairngorms
KABN has opened a new 60-square-metre suite on a 4,000-acre estate in Cairngorms National Park, set beside its own loch.
KABN has announced the opening of a new unit in Cairngorms National Park, designed as a private suite of more than 60 square metres within a 4,000-acre estate. The exact location is revealed only after booking, and the suite sits beside its own small loch, with no neighbouring cabins.
The unit is more than twice the size of KABN's original Loch Fyne cabins and features an in-built bath overlooking the Highlands, indoor and outdoor rain showers, and a fully step-free design that is wheelchair accessible.
The design focuses on low noise, organic linens and mineral-enhanced water aimed at guest restoration. Starlink WiFi is provided for those who wish to stay connected, while a partnership with Porsche Edinburgh gives guests complimentary use of a limited-edition fleet of Porsche e-bikes to explore the estate.
The suite was handcrafted by Scottish artisans using sustainably sourced materials and includes a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. It is dog-friendly, with part of the pet fee going to the Scottish SPCA. For founders Charlie Teale and Amber Pledge, the Cairngorms opening represents an evolution of KABN's original cabin concept, with more space and privacy.
