Lampsa invests €35m in new Elatos Resort in Parnassos
Lampsa is rebuilding Elatos Resort with a €35m budget, as the group reports stronger profits.
Lampsa is proceeding with the redevelopment and expansion of Elatos Resort & Health Club in Eptalofos, Parnassos, with a budget of €35m. The new complex will feature 38 chalets and 15 rooms in the main hotel, operating under Accor's Emblems Collection with a focus on wellness and year-round operation.
According to the management's current timeline, the new resort is expected to open towards the end of 2027. To finance the project, subsidiary "Elatos Anaptyxiaki" signed a €19.49m loan in May, with a 15-year term, of which about €11.52m comes from the Recovery Fund at a fixed 1% interest rate.
The Elatos investment is part of a broader program by the group, which also includes moves in Athens, such as the conversion of office space on Voukourestiou Street for integration into the "Grande Bretagne" building complex. At the same time, Lampsa is directing capital to subsidiaries linked to Athens Capital Suites.
In the first half of 2026, the group's turnover rose 3% to €58.85m, EBITDA increased 15% to €15.37m, and net profit reached €7.19m.
