Lampsa to lease Kriezotou plot for 30 years
e-EFKA approved Lampsa as the tenant for a central Athens plot, with a monthly rent of 65,000 euros.
The Board of Directors of e-EFKA approved the «Greek Hotels Company LAMPSA S.A.» as the tenant for a plot of land at 8-10 Kriezotou Street, in central Athens. The approval followed the exercise of a right of first refusal by Lampsa.
The monthly rent is set at 65,000 euros, amounting to 780,000 euros annually, matching the minimum rent specified in the tender. The lease will run for 30 years, starting from the signing of the handover protocol for the plot.
The plot covers 490.35 square meters and belongs to e-EFKA, having come from the former Naval Pension Fund. Its development is linked to an investment program for the construction of a building, in line with the area's permitted land uses.
The property is located near the Athens Capital Suites – MGallery Collection hotel on Zalokosta Street, to which the right of first refusal is connected, exercised by Lampsa as the parent company of «Zalokosta Tourism Single-Member Société Anonyme for Special Purpose».
The contract signing will follow the handover of the property by the current tenant, with e-EFKA bearing no liability for any delay in that handover.
