Licensing update advances for 170-bed five-star hotel in Ilia
A revised building permit was issued for a five-star hotel in Amaliada, without changes to the project's core parameters.
The licensing process for a five-star hotel in the Amaliada area, in the Municipality of Ilida, entered a new phase after a building permit update was issued on September 15. This marks the second revision of the original construction permit for the 'New Five-Star Hotel Unit,' including an addition to building 1, changes to the studies, and a change of supervising engineer.
The project owner is OLYMPION GROUP SA, which holds full ownership of the property. The original construction permit was issued in October 2014 for a classic-type five-star hotel with a capacity of 170 beds. Since then, the permit has undergone successive revisions and updates, including changes of owner and supervising engineers.
The plot, located at Kasidiari, in the Savalia community of Amaliada, covers 21,262.3 square meters. Total coverage amounts to 3,579.17 square meters and total floor area to 4,320.19 square meters, with a maximum height of 9.05 meters, two floors, and 30 parking spaces.
The latest act concerns updates and modifications to the studies, without changes to the coverage diagram figures. No increase in capacity or in the project's core zoning parameters is indicated; rather, it reflects the continued advancement of the licensing process.
