New 5-star hotel approved in Almyros Acharavi by Bolentaco
Bolentaco Limited, operator of Almyros Beach Resort & Spa, has secured approval for a new 100-bed five-star hotel in Corfu.
In June 2026, it was reported that the construction of a new five-star, 100-bed hotel in Almyros Acharavi had been approved, on land behind the existing Almyros Beach Resort & Spa. The project is being developed by Bolentaco Limited, which already operates hotel businesses in northern Corfu.
Bolentaco was established in Cyprus in 2014, with a Greek branch registered in Corfu since 2015. Its portfolio includes the five-star Almyros Beach Resort & Spa in Acharavi, with 180 rooms across 12 buildings plus 6 new villas with private pools, as well as the Sidari Panorama Resort in Sidari, formed from the operational merger of Sidari Garden and Sidari Village.
The new property in Almyros will add to this portfolio, expanding the company's presence in that part of Corfu.
