Guestrooms feature fine linens and locally sourced coffee and tea. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, room service, and complimentary WiFi.

The hotel is located minutes from Portland International Airport (PDX) and is part of The Mindaro Campus, a connected hospitality destination that also includes Hyatt House Portland Airport, The Hollow Café + Bar, Jawfish Restaurant, and The Mindaro Event Center.

Rick Takach, chairman and chief executive officer of Vesta Hospitality, said The Mindaro "represents what we envisioned for this property from the beginning." General manager Phillip Wilson said "there's a sense of the Pacific Northwest throughout the experience, from the design and local touches to the food, coffee and spaces where people can connect."

The opening follows a recent announcement by PM Hotel Group adding three new hotels to the same Portland market.
