New permits advance Nikki Beach conversion into Aliis–MGallery resort
Ermionida municipality approved access points for new facilities around Nikki Beach, part of MHV's €28-30 million investment.
The Municipality of Ermionida has issued two decisions approving access points for new facilities around Nikki Beach in Porto Heli, as part of the property's expansion and conversion into Aliis Resort & Spa–MGallery Collection. The €28-30 million investment is being carried out by MHV, the hospitality arm of Prodea.
The first decision concerns a 8.3-stremma seaside plot next to the existing hotel, where residences, pools and outdoor sports facilities are planned. The second covers a 6.35-stremma plot across the road, with a topographic plan for a new 36-bed hotel unit.
In both cases, access will be via municipal roads, with the frontage toward the provincial road Porto Heli–Costa required to remain closed. The expansion into neighboring plots has been part of MHV's plan since 2023, following the purchase of two adjacent lots completed in 2022.
The renovated hotel will operate as Aliis Resort & Spa under Accor's MGallery Collection brand from 2027, with a capacity of 94 rooms and suites plus six villas, totaling 100 keys. The first phase is scheduled for completion by June 2027.
