ORA Hospitality launches new ultra-luxury brand from Mykonos

The Kalo Livadi resort, formerly Silversands Mykonos, will be the first property of ORA's new brand, opening in 2027 with an investment over €100 million.

ORA Hospitality's new resort in Kalo Livadi, Mykonos, is intended to become the first property of an international ultra-luxury hospitality brand the company is developing. The opening is scheduled for 2027, with staffing job postings citing May of that year as the target. The investment exceeds €100 million.

The project was originally presented under the name Silversands Mykonos. According to ORA's official presentation, the complex will be developed on a 42,000-square-meter plot and will include 88 rooms, five standalone villas, six pools and a 900-square-meter spa.

The company has begun hiring for the property, for positions in reception, reservations and wellness services. In a job posting for a concierge role, ORA describes the resort as the first property of the new international brand, setting the opening for May 2027.

The new development is that the project is no longer presented solely as a hotel development in Mykonos, but as the starting point for a new hospitality identity for ORA. The company has not announced when it will reveal the brand name or whether future destinations have been finalized.
