PAROSTEC enters hotel sector with Parian Chronicle in Paros
Construction firm PAROSTEC has opened the Parian Chronicle Hotel in Paros, the first Destination by Hyatt property on a Greek island.
PAROSTEC, a construction company known for luxury residential projects, opened its first hotel, the Parian Chronicle Hotel, in Kampos, Paros, in the summer of 2026. It is the first Destination by Hyatt property on a Greek island, with management handled by SWOT Hospitality.
The hotel has 50 rooms and suites, all featuring a private pool or outdoor jacuzzi. The architectural design, inspired by Cycladic aesthetics, was created by Makridis Associates. The property includes two restaurants, NAAO and ANIYO, as well as the Nipson Spa.
PAROSTEC co-owners Giorgos Kangelis and Giorgos Oikonomopoulos said that "Parian Chronicle is a strategic investment for PAROSTEC, expanding our activity beyond construction."
PAROSTEC has operated since 1990 in Paros and Antiparos, with a portfolio of more than 160 residences and hotels, and has in recent years expanded its activity to Athens as well.
