Peachtree Group opens dual-branded Marriott hotel in Dallas
Peachtree Group opened the 264-key dual-branded AC Hotel and Moxy Dallas Uptown as part of its broader Texas development push.
Investment and management firm Peachtree Group opened the dual-branded AC Hotel Dallas Uptown and Moxy Dallas Uptown in Texas, totaling 264 keys.
The property features two Marriott-branded hotels: a 110-room AC Hotel, combining European-inspired design, and a 154-room Moxy, offering an energetic, lifestyle-focused experience. Shared amenities include a 1,000-square-foot fitness center, flexible meeting and events space, and an indoor-outdoor rooftop bar with skyline views.
The project was developed in collaboration with Phoenix Development Partners and is operated by Peachtree's hospitality management division. Peachtree CEO Greg Friedman said the hotel opens as "Dallas continues to attract significant corporate investment, particularly in financial services, reinforcing its position as one of the country's leading business destinations."
Peachtree has focused on development across Texas more broadly in recent years, having previously worked on a dual-branded Embassy Suites and Tempo by Hilton hotel in Austin.
