Raines breaks ground on new Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel
Raines announced groundbreaking on a 107-key Home2 Suites by Hilton in North Augusta, South Carolina, expected to open in Q4 2027.
Raines has broken ground on a new 107-key Home2 Suites by Hilton in North Augusta, South Carolina. The hotel is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2027, owned by a Raines-affiliated entity and developed and managed by Raines.
This marks the company's second Hilton-branded project in the area, following the previously developed Tru by Hilton North Augusta. The new property will introduce an extended-stay option to the local market.
"North Augusta has been a strong market for us, and the success of our Tru by Hilton reinforced our confidence in the opportunity for additional hotel development," said David Tart, chief development officer of Raines.
Designed by ODA, the all-suite property will include complimentary breakfast, a fitness center, swimming pool, meeting space, and on-site parking. The pet-friendly hotel is expected to create approximately 35 jobs.
