Two Hilton hotels planned in Thessaloniki's FIX redevelopment
The redevelopment of Thessaloniki's historic FIX brewery by DIMAND includes two hotels under the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand.
Greece Sotheby's International Realty has taken on exclusive marketing of the FIX Residences in Thessaloniki, in cooperation with DIMAND, covering the residential component of 95 private units within the redevelopment of the historic FIX brewery.
Beyond housing, the broader redevelopment project also includes hospitality, with two hotels under the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand planned as part of the masterplan designed by Foster + Partners.
The masterplan calls for the restoration of three historic buildings for new uses and the construction of two new bioclimatic buildings. Besides the hotels, the complex will include restaurants, wellness facilities, shops and green spaces, as well as cultural uses such as the MOMus Museum of Modern Art and the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra.
The overall development, located at the western entrance to Thessaloniki, is scheduled for completion by the end of 2029.
