Wilde opens extended-stay hotel in Amsterdam Noord
Irish hotel group Wilde has opened a property in Amsterdam offering apartments for stays of seven nights or longer.
Wilde Amsterdam is the first property in the Wilde portfolio designed specifically for extended stays, with rooms available from seven nights or longer. It is located in the new Yvie residential development in Amsterdam Noord, spanning eight floors.
The building combines studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments with shared spaces including the bar-lounge Oscar's, a rooftop garden, work areas, fitness facilities and a deli. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, living space and bedroom with Hypnos mattresses.
The communal interiors were designed by studio Stephanie Barba Mendoza, drawing on the area's shift from an industrial district to a cultural hub. The lobby features a mural by Dutch artist Lisette van Hoogenhuyze.
The opening follows Wilde's 2026 launches in Lisbon, Vienna and Porto, as part of the brand's selective European expansion into culturally rooted neighbourhoods.
