Wynn Al Marjan Island unveils two luxury Royal Apartments

Wynn Al Marjan Island has revealed the Mayfair and Paris Apartments, two roughly 1,460-square-meter residences on the top floors of its 70-story tower.

Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled the Mayfair and Paris Apartments, two signature residences occupying the uppermost floors of its 70-story tower. Each spans approximately 1,460 square meters and offers views of the Hajar Mountains and the Arabian Gulf.

The apartments were created through a collaboration between Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development, and design studios Anouska Hempel Design of London and Pinto of Paris. The Paris Apartment, designed by Pinto, evokes the residence of a 21st-century collector and world traveler, combining bespoke creations and curated artworks within a two-story pied-a-terre. The Mayfair Apartment, designed by Anouska Hempel Design, draws inspiration from London's grand private residences, featuring classical planning and a signature jewel-toned green throughout.

Each apartment includes seven bedrooms, multiple entertaining rooms, private bars, and in-apartment dining, spa, and personalized service. The apartments are part of Enclave, the resort's boutique-hotel concept comprising 323 suites across three categories: the Mayfair and Paris Apartments, the Townhomes, and the Marina and Ocean Estates.

Lenahan said there is "nothing on the world stage today that will rival what we've created here," noting that only two accommodations exist at this level of the tower.
