YOTEL to open first Bangkok property in October 2026

YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit, a 250-key hotel inside the new Cloud 11 complex, opens on 15 October 2026.

YOTEL has announced its entry into Thailand with the opening of YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit, a 250-key hotel inside the new Cloud 11 complex in the South Sukhumvit district of Bangkok. The hotel will welcome guests from 15 October 2026, marking the brand's 24th hotel globally, its fourth in Asia, and the first in the region to join Select by Hilton.

Cloud 11, which officially opened in July 2026 with an investment of more than THB 20 billion, is a mixed-use development featuring content production and recording studios, galleries, event venues, a cinema, wellness facilities, offices and retail. YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit is the first hotel to open within the complex.

Rooms feature the brand's signature self-service check-in stations and reclining SmartBed. Facilities include an outdoor pool with bar, a gym, and the all-day dining and co-working hub Komyuniti. A rooftop bar and restaurant, Fatty's, is set to open on the 23rd floor in November 2026.

YOTEL CEO Phil Andreopoulos said Cloud 11 "is at the heart of Thailand's growing creative economy," adding that the new hotel gives the brand the chance "to become part of a community that is helping to shape its future."
